This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by Web Marketing Solutions to use this software for testing purposes without charge for a period of 30 days, starting from the day you install Trakez. Unregistered use of Trakez after the 30 day evaluation period is a violation of U.S. and international copyright laws. Ordering information is available here, or you can order online at http://www.webmktgsolutions.com 

You may not distribute copies of this evaluation version of Trakez to anyone in any way. You are free to include copies of this evaluation version of Trakez on CD-ROM or any other media providing that you do NOT charge the end-users for the software, and that you send inform us at info@webmktgsolutions.com describing when and how you wish to distribute the software. You may not repackage or make alterations to any file in the original Trakez distribution. You are strictly prohibited from charging or request any form of payment, for any copies, however made, without prior written permission from Web Marketing Solutions. This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. 

All rights of any kind in Trakez, which are not expressly granted in this License, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Web Marketing Solutions. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on Trakez. You may not make access to Trakez available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use Trakez in a business to provide file compression, decompression, or conversion services to others.

In addition, in no event does Trakez authorize you to use Trakez in applications or systems where Trakez's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Trakez harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.
